Beautiful 3 bedroom, first floor apartment situated in a block of four at the end of a cul de sac. It overlooks the swimming pool, garden and Millennium/Laguna golf courses from its own private terrace.
It is a few minutes walk to the golf club house, which can be used by all guests and has a bar and restaurant.
A five minutes drive/taxi ride takes you to the beaches, the marina and the two other surrounding golf courses.
The apartment can be rented for up to 6 people with the otion of adding in a travel cot and fold up bed.
For larger parties of up to 12 people another apartment in the same complex can be found.

||The apartment is beautifully
fitted out and comprises of:
3 twin bedrooms each with oversize single beds, a wardrobe, chest of draws, mirror and lamp. 2 of the bedrooms open directly onto a balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Sunbeds are provided on the balcony – which is very secluded and sheltered.
A bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath and shower and a separate shower room with toilet.
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and small table and chairs. All cutlery and crockery is provided. The kitchen opens onto the large balcony.
A large lounge diner with 3 piece suite, dining table and chairs to seat 6 people, a TV, video, DVD player and WiFi.
The large terrace has a table and chairs to seat 6 and a built in BBQ, with fabulous views of the garden, pool and golf course.
Also available: washing airer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot and high chair.
There is a combined air conditioning/heating system throughout the apartments to ensure your comfort whatever the weather.
There is ample parking in front of the apartments.
All bedding is provided, and a hand and bath towel is available for each person with additional hand towels in the bathrooms.
The apartments will be fully cleaned with bed linen and towels changed for your arrival. If your stay is for longer than a week then a further clean and change will be arranged.
Children are very welcome, no pets are allowed and the apartments are non-smoking.
We keep the apartment in good condition with all appliances checked and all maintenance work carried out. We stock check ourselves on a bi-annual basis.
